Store Policies
SHIPPING
We ship either by UPS, Fedex or US Postal Service. Normal shipping is UPS Ground with faster service available. Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped by Second Day Air or US Postal Service. Foreign orders are shipped by US Postal Service unless you request otherwise.
While we will make every effort to deliver an item on time, we can not guarantee delivery by a certain date due to circumstances beyond our control, such as Customs delays or mis-routing by a shipper. Shipping charges may include a handling fee to cover packaging material, etc.
RETURNS
We will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests to return an item, however, we reserve the right to refuse a return after an extended period of time or if an item shows use or wear.
PERISABLE ITEMS SUCH AS PHOTOGRAPHIIC FILM AND PAPER OR CHEMICALS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Please order carefully and call us if you have questions.
